Weapons: The long wrap-around garment he wears and calls his “shroud” is also something he frequently uses as a weapon in battle to constrict or entangle opponents. It is made of a similar material as the layer Saiyans typically wear under their armor, so it is very difficult to tear and somewhat resistant to ki.
Notable Skills: Tago is a master of “Sui-Ken”, or drunken fighting style, although he rarely uses his hands and doesn’t actually drink. All of his primary attacks are kicks and blows with his tail. His style is based on sleight of hand (or rather, sleight of foot) and a major component is distraction and disarming opponents psychologically, partially by the fact that he never wears armor or any garment save for his “shroud”, and often fights with his hands clasped behind his back as well as his apparent disregard for protecting his tail. However, he does use his hands for ki blasts when opponents least expect it and also utilizes “Kochi kara Kikou Ha” (ki beams shot from the mouth).
His signature attack, the “Omikikibug”, is a lance like ki blast shot from his hand from behind his back – he will typically extend his arm all the way around his back so that it peeks just beyond the opposite side of his body and fire this attack. The “lance” often impales opponents momentarily before the ki dissipates in an explosion, and Tago uses this opportunity to further pummel opponents before the explosion does major damage.
Personality: Tago’s personality is eccentric to say the least. Most everything he says is sarcasm and he loves playing tricks on anybody, the more painful the results the better. His overriding vice is that of covetousness – he often singles out one “victim” from an entire population to leave alive after he destroys the rest, and he usually becomes obsessed with them in some manner whilst stalking and toying with them. He has also been known to have become fixated with other “numbers” at times, which eventually led to his ultimate downfall.

Appearance: Tago is on the skinny side, hence the alias “Jack Straw”, which helps to disguise the fact that he is actually very strong, especially the well developed muscles in his legs. He never wears anything except for his “shroud” His skin is light but has a warm reddish tint to it – it is unknown whether this is inherited or his love of a particular carotene rich fruit which he eats often. Tattos on left pectoral and back of neck designating his number – 19138 (pectoral) and XIX (back of neck). Hair color is a warm brown. He wears his hair in a tall Mohawk style and often wears blue eye makeup around his lower lids.

Bio: Tago is one of the youngest of the numbers and made the decision early in his training under Shegau to enjoy his lot in life. He is also something of a masochist and uncharacteristic for a Saiyan he appears to take nothing seriously except for playing tricks and stalking whoever his current obsession is. Because of his personality, he is not well-liked among the other numbers but seems to infinitely entertain Shegau with his quirks and trickery. He eventually became infatuated with Prouts and so was one of the first killed by Prouts when he began to surpass the other numbers.
